Uromodulin Glycoprotein (UMOD, Tamm-Horsfall Glycoprotein, THP) ELISA
MDB’s Uromodulin (THP) ELISA (Catalog # M036020) can detect UMOD in both urine, plasma, and serum samples, with a standard curve range of 2.3 – 150 ng/mL, with a working volume of 50 mL/well, and obtaining results in around 3 hours.
Sensitivity

Sensitivity is defined as the minimal detectable dose determined by adding two standard deviations of the mean optical density value for twenty replicates of the zero standard and calculating the corresponding concentration. The sensitivity of the THP ELISA is typically less than 1.0 ng/mL.
Reproducibility
Linearity
Human urine samples were diluted 1:200 and then serially diluted 1:2 in Assay Diluent. The mean linearity for all samples is 107% (range 94 – 144%).Canine urine samples were diluted 1:50 and then serially diluted 1:2 in Assay Diluent. The mean linearity for all samples is 94% (range 55 – 124%).
